First Fishing Trip of the Year

We went fishing for the first time this year at the park. I know it wasn't a big trip but the girls had a blast!! We didn't catch anything big. They were all babies but the kids didn't care & at least they were able to pull the fish in.


Molly with her fish!! She was too busy watching what was going on around her that she kept missing when the fish would bite. Mom did most of the fishing for her.

Carly was very excited to go fishing & she was talking to the fish in the water and even when she caught one & started to bring it in she was happy. But when she saw it the silly girl didn't want anything to do with it. I couldn't even get a picture of her holding her pole. She is sooo funny!!

Molly's 1st Soccer Game

This was soooo cute!! To sit and watch these little kids trying to get the ball in the goal (which yes, sometime it would be the wrong side) was so funny! Molly did pretty good. She was excited to get to play in the game. There was times where she was getting pretty tired and was over it. This was also the first that Michael got to see her play & he loved it too!!

Molly's 5th Birthday

So my big girl is now 5! She is so excited about it now because she says that she is now a whole hand full!! We had such a goodtime!! It was a Pink Poodle party with pizza & a slumber party at the end. This was her first sleepover at her house!

Tumbling Carly

So today I got to take Carly to tumbling for the first time. This is something her & her daddy does together normaly but he couldn't go today. This was the cuttiest thing I've ever seen!! She was so cute & so good!! (not that I'm the mom & I have to say that) I couldn't get over how she is such a different child. She is normaly such a shy kid & doesn't open up that much to change but she DID!! It was so nice to hear all the good things that Miss. Chris (her teacher) had to say about her & how she is doing so good at tumbling. This is someting that I plan on making sure I keep her into & I have to go more often to see this wonderful thing!!

Spongebob Gingerbread House

This was so much fun!! One of the families that I babysit for brought us this gingerbread house today. I've made alot of gingerbread houses over the years with all the different kids in my life. I love making them. But I've never made a Spongebob one. So here is a picture of what it is supost to be from the box.

Here is Molly putting the layers together...again this isn't how I'm use to putting a gingerhouse together. This is so neat!

WOW! What a Sunday!!

We did so much yestureday!! First we went to church where Molly was in her very first Christmas program. It was so cute. We have been practicing for weeks. She did so good.
Then after we were done there we went to Bass Pro to go see Santa. We had a great time the. The girls had so much fun even though Carly didn't want much to do with him. She wouldn't sit on his lap but im sure most of you aren't surprized by that.

Molly's Preschool Party

Molly had her preschool party at preschool on Friday. She had so much fun!! Santa came & saw them & they got to make a bunch of Christmas things. They also had a gift exchange. She took a gift for her teacher & when she was leaving she told me,
"Mom don't worry, if Miss. Jennifer doesn't like it I'll bring it back." She crackes me up.

We took these pictures in front of the Christmas tree & was extreamly happy that the girls were so photogentic!! Carly was eatting up the camra & Molly hasn't ever been shy about taking her picture. I was very happy with our results!!

Prayers needed!!

My family & I just found out last Friday that my step-dad Terry has a tumor on his Adrenal gland above his left kidney. He went to a surgeon today, Dr. Day, to find out what the next steps are going to be. He also has a enlarged valve in his heart. He is going for a colonoscopy & to have a scope run on Wensday. As long as those test go ok then they are planning on surgery on Monday @ 9am. There is a few small things that are going on with this tumor but the all the doctors seem to tell us not to worry. My mother is do ok...I'm just asking for prayers for her & the whole family as this is very difficult for all of us to try to process.

A Very Quiet House!!

My girls went to Alabama yestureday with their "Nana & Pa". They are going to be gone for a week. Although this is a much needed break, I can't believe how quiet the house is. I could have thought a hundred times lastnight that I could hear little feet coming down the hallway. I talked to Donna lastnight & she said that they are doing good. She said that Carly only fussed when they were about 20 minutes from getting to Aunt Nessa's house & she said that she was saying "My house". I have no doubt that Molly will be fine. Carly on the other hand tends to be a homebody. Nana & Pa may not ask to take both girls again for a while after this trip :) Im not sure what to do with all this me time....

Fall Pictures of the Girls

I know that I haven't been the best blogger...and I'm sorry for not being able to keep up better. We are now finally getting pretty much settled & routines are back. For those of you who have children i hope would understand this a lot better. We all have been doing really well & feel very blessed everyday. We went to get the girls pictures done I think they turned out GREAT!! I will be trying much harder to keep this up....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CARLY!!

Today is Carly Beth's 2nd Birthday! We aren't going to have her party till August 1st due to the move, but she won't know anything different. I just want to make sure I reconized it! Love you Carly!

MOVING!!

It has been crazy here at the Scranton house! We have started to move this weekend. I got most of the painting done in
The girls rooms done. The coming weekend is going to be the big move. We hope to get everything moved this weekend.

Molly's Dance Pictures

Molly had her first dance recital this afternoon. She was so good. I don't have picture from the actual show because they didn't let us take picture during the recital but I did get this back today of her all dressed up. She was so cute!! She was the first one out on stage and she loved it!! It was so hard to watch my baby girl look so grow up and big on that stage. I cried when I first saw her, and her dad told me that he had to hold back the tears too. Rob-Bob and Katie bug made it to the recital too. She was so excited that they came to watch her dance on the stage. Thanks Rob-Bob & Katie Bug for making her day!!
